I am well versed in photo editing and technically proficient in:

⦿ Color correction (brightness, contrast, and saturation)
⦿ Using retouching tools (eraser, brushes, and stamps)
⦿ Layer management (inc. layer masks, and adjustment layers)

The image on the right was created from the original on the left, by using a combination of aforementioned techniques above.

The Man With the Golden Shoes: Michael Johnson’s golden shoes foreshadowed his double gold medals in the 200m and 400m. The world record time was just as dazzling as the shoes.

Photo Finish: Noah Lyles triumphed at the 100m final by 0.0005 seconds. Both the sprinters and the fans had no idea who won the race when they crossed the line.
